I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which provided a beautiful setting with impressive mountain views and spacious rooms. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very helpful and accommodating. However, one downside was the noisy air conditioning unit next to my room, which affected the overall comfort. Overall, this resort has wonderful amenities, including a great pool and spa, making it a relaxing choice for my family visit.

My stay was extremely relaxing, with stunning views of the creek and mountains from the 4th-floor suite. The hotel offers wonderful spa amenities, making it an ideal retreat, though I did wish for more charging stations for non-Tesla electric vehicles. Overall, it was a great experience for our family getaway, particularly for hiking and enjoying nature.

The location is perfect, with easy access to beautiful hiking trails and only a short drive to downtown Victoria, making it an excellent retreat.
Dining

Dining was enjoyable, with a varied menu available that included light snacks and fresh options, though the setting could be improved for a more cohesive experience.
Facilities

Our stay at the Westin Bear Mountain was a delightful escape after a long period without travel. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. However, we noticed some limitations due to the ongoing pandemic, particularly with dining options and service availability. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are keen to return once normal operations resume.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing view from the balcony. We particularly enjoyed the comfort of the beds.

Location

While the location is a bit farther from Victoria than we expected, the beautiful surroundings made it worthwhile.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were limited, and we had to plan ahead for the hot tub and meals. However, the quality of the food was good.
Facilities

The facilities were well-maintained, and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub, although we had to book them in advance.

7.6/10
I had an enjoyable stay at the resort, with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from my suite. The balcony was spacious and peaceful, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. While the service was almost overly friendly, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the additional fees for amenities like the pool and parking felt excessive. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a golf getaway, but these extra costs could use some reconsideration.
Rooms
9.0
The suite was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a large comfortable bed, a nice rain shower, and a kitchenette with a fridge. I really appreciated the ample storage space.
Service
8.0
The service provided was commendable, although I found it to be almost too friendly at times. Regardless, they were always helpful when I needed assistance.
Location
8.0
The resort is set in a stunning location with beautiful views, not only of the golf course but also the surrounding mountains. However, I felt that some areas could use more attention to keep the natural beauty intact.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options around the pool to be somewhat lackluster. The food was simple and didn't quite meet my expectations, especially after a power outage.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally nice, but the separation of amenities like gyms, pools, and golf areas made it less convenient. I did enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, though.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the restaurant offered delicious meals. On the other hand, the dining options could use more variety, and I faced issues with parking availability during busy times. While the location has its charm, it would benefit from a little investment to enhance the overall experience.
Rooms

The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, featuring a full kitchen and comfortable beds.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, but I noticed a lack of attention at times, especially during busy hours.
Location

The hotel is situated in a scenic area, although it felt quite remote from downtown attractions.
Dining
